The law offices of Nzamba Kitonga Advocates LLP have been established since 1980. Founded by the managing proprietor Mr. Nzamba Kitonga S.C, the firm began as a conveyancing practice with a corporate client-base and has grown into a multi-department practice providing the full-range of legal services to public and private corporations, state institutions as well as individual clients.
The firm maintains a much vaunted compliment of associates, consultants and support staff. Mr. Kitonga’s wide-ranging experience and exemplary service to the legal profession spanning well over three decades has him ranked as Senior Counsel of the Republic of Kenya.

MR. IVIA KITONGA
Mr. Ivia Kitonga is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over ten years experience providing pre-emptive legal support to corporate bodies. An astute conveyancer, he routinely deals with property transfers and leases. He provides legal advice, support and dispute resolution services to companies engaged in the engineering and construction projects such as infrastructure projects for residential houses, commercial and Industry-specific projects, such as those related to industrial plant developments.
MR. ERIC. J. MUTEMI
Mr. Eric J. Mutemi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, he heads the litigation department with over fifteen years’ experience handling cases in the sub-ordinate and superior courts. He specializes in labor, insurance law, anti-corruption and criminal law. He also handles landlord and tenant disputes, public procurement and general commercial law matters. MUKOYA C WECHE
Mr. Weche is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of good standing and repute with vast experience in advising on Human Rights, Criminal and Civil litigation, Conveyancing and Commercial transactions, Debt Recovery, Judicial Review, Constitutional Petitions and Employment and Labour disputes.
