Mr. Ivia Kitonga is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over ten years experience providing pre-emptive legal support to corporate bodies.

An astute conveyancer, he routinely deals with property transfers and leases. He provides legal advice, support and dispute resolution services to companies engaged in the engineering and construction projects such as infrastructure projects for residential houses, commercial and Industry-specific projects, such as those related to industrial plant developments.

He is an intellectual property law consultant and registered patent agent who routinely advises on registration, commercialization and management of copyrights, trademarks, industrial designs, software licensing, data protection and legal issues arising in the digital space.

Multifaceted logic is Ivia’s forte, hence he is adept at banking & financial services law, insolvency & corporate restructuring which he wields successfully through skillful court pleadings while serving our clients in commercial litigation, regulatory disputes as well as arbitration.
